Delivery Details

All deliveries must be signed for so arrange for someone to be on site or at home that day.

Pick ups are from Factory 6 ,1-7 Canterbury Rd, Braeside, Victoria 3195.
Please mention you are picking up in the Special Instructions box when checking out.

Any order under $100 will incur a $15 surcharge.

Any returns will incur an $80 re-stocking fee.

Velux Products

Free delivery is provided for all orders in Melbourne Metropolitan areas. Delivery to other states is $70 within the metropolitan areas and $90 will be charged per order outside of a metropolitan area.
