Refund and Returns Policy

Bi-folddoors,com will accept returns under the following conditions :

Velux Products
• The return is within 14 days of delivery from the date of delivery
• The goods are unopened in their original condition
• There is a restocking fee of $80 per order
• wrong windows are shipped from the warehouse .

Doors & Windows .

Refund
All doors are made to order , so there is a No returns policy on all other items
once order is made , if the doors have not been manufactured a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover any lost time , restocking of materials and banking fees , so make sure your measurements are correct and configuration is right .
If the doors are check measured by Bi-folddoors.com.au and there is a mistake with sizes then a replacement door will be manufactured at no charge to you .

Refund on velux only  less $80 restocking fee.
